By purchasing items sold by Haute DEFENSE Couture, buyer assumes all responsibilities to comply with, all Federal, State and Local Laws & Regulations. Buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Haute DEFENSE Couture for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, sale or use of the items in violation of
applicable Federal, State or Local Laws & Regulations.
All shipping charges, both ways are customer's responsibility. Make sure you or someone are there to receive package(s) at time of delivery. Courier service may leave the package(s) outside if no one there to accept it. You will be solely responsible for any packages left outside and if package(s) / Item(s) are lost, stolen or missing.
We do provide optional Signature Required at time of delivery for an additional fee. Please mention it in the comments area if you would like Direct Signature Required Service...
Extra charges that occur due to wrong or incomplete shipping address provided with order, will be charged to the customer.
